Usage Terms of Application/Website
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C" or "Usage Terms") govern your access to and use of the application and website operated by Ranibaug.

All content displayed, transmitted, or carried on the Ranibaug platform is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The application is independently designed, updated, and maintained by Ranibaug, which retains full ownership of all content. You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, repost, perform, display, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

Service Availability
Ranibaug reserves the right to suspend or cancel services at any time, at its sole discretion, particularly in cases where computer viruses, bugs, or technical issues compromise the security or proper administration of the platform. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Privacy and Data Protection
Ranibaug values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We do not use or disclose information about your visits or personal details—including your name, address, email, or telephone number—to outside sources without your permission. Payment and Transactions
Ranibaug assumes no liability for any loss or damage arising from declined transaction authorizations due to cardholders exceeding limits set by their card issuers.

Force Majeure
Ranibaug shall not be liable for any failure to deliver orders, delays, or damage to goods caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, terrorism, riots, or other circumstances of force majeure.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Use of the Ranibaug application is governed by the laws of India. These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Indian law, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

Limitation of Liability
Ranibaug, its proprietor, brands, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and joint venture partners shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of this application or breach of these terms.
