Transactions on your credit or debit card statement will appear as "Ranibaug" (our company name), "Razorpay," or "PayPal" (our payment gateway partners) in your local currency or INR, depending on your card issuing bank's policies.
For international transactions, your card will be charged in Indian Rupees (INR) at the prevailing exchange rate, subject to any additional charges imposed by your card issuer. Ranibaug assumes no liability for declined authorizations due to exceeded credit limits or additional fees charged by your card issuer.
PayPal (International Clients Only)
An additional fee of 9.8% will be charged to clients at checkout
PayPal is available exclusively for international clients placing orders for international or domestic shipping in the following currencies: USD, AUD, CAD, CHF, EUR, GBP, NZD, and SGD. Indian residents cannot use PayPal for INR transactions.

General Policy
We are happy to address any questions about Ranibaug products; however, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchases made on or outside of this website. Each piece is made to order, and images clearly displayed for your reference.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
While we thoroughly inspect all products for manufacturing defects, defects may occasionally go unnoticed. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us immediately at the.ranibaug@gmail.com with a photo of the piece, and we will arrange a replacement.
To minimize transit damage, we use specially designed packaging that protects your order from pressure and impact.

Natural Materials: Our products may feature natural embellishments such as semi-precious stones, wood, and resin. These materials may contain natural irregularities, which are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.
Color Accuracy: Due to variations in monitor resolution and color composition, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on our website precisely match the actual product colors.
